Xbox 2 Specs Leaked

The specs on Xbox 2 have been leaked. Microsoft's next generation console is currently slated for release in late 2005.

Of course, I just got my Xbox a month ago and since I've modded it and now have many more games than time to play them, I certainly won't be one of the first in line to buy it. It is still uncertain whether or not the Xbox2 will be backwards compatible with Xbox games.

It's also a bit curious to me that while Microsoft has made no effort to prosecute or even slow down hackers of Xbox1, they seem to have taken several steps to make it more difficult to hack Xbox2 (no hard drive, security built-in to processors). Xbox is so far behind PS2, that I would think they would continue to welcome the sales generated by those who buy it for purposes other than gaming.
