Frags-R-Us

Yesterday I had the privilege of playing multi-player Halo via System Link. I played lots of DOOM Deathmatch over the LAN years ago, but this was the first time with Halo. We linked up two Xboxes and had 5 players. Instead of playing on small TVs, we played on large 6-8 foot projector screens. Now, that's Halo done right.

Sadly, my skill level left much to be desired. In the last game, I think I had 16 points. My teammates had 1 point and -1 point, so it could have been worse. The lack of skill did not detract in any way from the fun of fragging four of your friends - whether they were on my team or not! Posted by Chris on 5/29/2004 08:41:00 PM :: Permalink
